T minus 105 days - Doing work

Roll cage and the Dash's out.

Its a pain to need to need to take out the cage every time I need to take the dash out.
It was done like that because originally, I wanted the option of being able to convert the Integra back to a street car (Hey! Its actually still street registered, until August this year that is. Reckon I should just drive the thing to the Creek instead of trailering?).

Anyway, a bolt in cage isn't really a good option for a time attack car isn't it? Oh well, I'd have to live with it for now.

If anyone's reading this, please remind me that by June I need to 1) Renew my CAMS license,  2) register the car with CAMS.

Anyway, I ponder on tomorrow night activity...removing the alarm. I need to first find it amongst the bush of wiring.

I'm also tempted to remove the ignition barrel and put switches to switch on the ACC and IGN.  Not to forget, push button start... Just like a real race car...

  1. Coming along!

Just read up your whole blog, quite a recent start i see.

I'm a member on ClubITR and I am obsessed with turbo DC2Rs. By the looks of it, you own one.

    Nice example too!

Was wondering if you could tell me whether you had the turbo b18 rego'd in NSW, and whether you passed emissions or not?

Name is "cordz" on Clubitr, PM me :)

BTW i think a new manifold is in order. If the old one cracked, it is likely to do so again. I like the BRMS one you posted, it looks like a single scroll version of the Full-race bottom mount twin scroll manifold, which, looks like the manifold used on the Sierra Sierra evo.

More details on your turbo set-up also!
